Fresh Start Law Firm operates almost completely remotely. This means no need to drive to our office multiple times to meet with attorneys and drop off paperwork. Instead we will have a video conference to go over your financial situation. If you decide bankruptcy is the right pathway for you we will collect all the information we need from you digitally.

This means you don't need to take off a day or half day of work to meet or drop off paperwork. The only time we will need you in office is to sign your bankruptcy petition. The court requires a wet signature. We conduct signings on Thursdays
